About
Ali Reza Erfan. AI consultant in Calgary, Alberta. I help small teams put agents to work on real workflows, and I ship my own products the same way.
Now
- ConsultingSmall teams, one real workflow at a time: built with agents, handed over with documentation.aliriza.ai/#work

How I work
Show what exists.
Every project on this site carries its real status: live, open, or en route. Nothing is dressed up.
Claims come with sources.
The catalogues I keep label every claim and link to where it came from. I write the same way.
Agents type, I read.
Claude Code and local models do most of the typing. Nothing merges that I have not read.
Work in public.
Building and writing are one practice. The commits are on GitHub and the thinking is in the essays.
What I use
The tools behind the work on this site, and what each one is for.
- Claude Code
- Writes most of the code, from a spec I write by hand first.
- Local models via Ollama
- Bulk drafting and summarizing that does not need a frontier model, and anything that should stay on my machine.
- Next.js and Supabase
- What Markbase runs on.
- TypeScript
- skilldeck and this site.
- GitHub
- Where the work is public. The Movements board on the home page reads it each time this site builds.
